When to report

12” pot with drainage
Last watered 3 years ago
Lenny - the 3 times you’ll want to consider reporting are:

(1) After bringing a new plant home from nursery. Often nurseries use low-quality soil, or the wrong soil type for the plant. Not always though, sometimes nurseries are good at soil.

(2) After a TON of growth. Most plants do fine even in too-small of pots, though. And it’s better for a pot to be too small than too big, otherwise you risk creating conditions ripe for root rot (water sitting around for too long).

(3) If your pot doesn’t have drainage.

Your plant looks like it’s in a good pot now!
For a while I was confused and then I realized that you meant repot and not report- πŸ˜‚πŸ˜…πŸ˜…
Btw Lenny - if you add more photos in a comment, we can give you even better answers!
Thank Alex good to know.🍻
