With your information Greg will recommend how much water and how often based on your location, so you can just follow that. If you’re not using Greg for watering schedules than start by watering once a week with enough water to get the soil moist but not soggy wet. A 5” pot typically would get about a 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup depending on how dry the soil is, how much light it gets, how humid it is. Rainier is a Calathea which doesn’t like hot dry conditions. Your info says it’s a half foot from a south window. Ideally you’ll want him in an east window or southeast and about a foot away from that window.
