These kind of cactus needs LOTS of light, they can almost not get enough. Or they will strech out and become fragile. Growlight is almost a must-have.
And very little water. I would try maybe water it so it drains once a month. (Nr 1 cactus-killing is rot from staying too wet).
During winter-months I usually place my cacti in a little cooler room with growlights, to give them a "resting"-period, they will often flower after😊🌵🌸
