Do Venus Flytrap eat spiders?

Do Venus Flytrap eat spiders? 🍽️

I’m not sure if I want them to eat my spiders. Spiders can be friends 🕷️🕸️🤷🏻‍♀️

They will eat just about anything they can fit in their mouth 😬!

So if your creepy buddies crawl into the traps, they will get eaten 🕷️ 🌱

Welp, unfortunately, yes. I find the remains of many spiders in the traps of mine. If yours is indoors, it could catch less spiders but they thrive more outside :)

@itsjordan @Merranda Thank you for your responses! I’ll have to see how it goes once they arrive! We have both flies and spiders in our house, but the spiders eat the flies so I hope the VFT lets them be 🙏 heheh thanks again!
