Hi Bruce, that's so exciting!
Caladiums don't need much fertilizer so personally, I'd wait until there are 1-2 leaves on each bulb. Then you know your plants are capturing the sun to make and use energy.
If you'd like to give them a boost sooner you could try some plant food, which is more mild.
