I would try this: repot from succulent to general potting soil, don't over water (after repotting, add two cups of water then 1 cup every two days (soil can dry out in that time period so don't worry about it). Make sure plant is placed in eastern sun location near windows (1 ft is ok). My dragon does better in warmer indoor temps (78°F - 83°F). Good luck.
