Could you please tell me what you mean when you say "after to overwater it and at the same time underwater it"? Based on your photo, it looks like it might be getting burnt. You mentioned it's on a covered porch, but does it get hit with direct sunlight at all? Begonias prefer filtered/indirect light, so your porch is fine as long as the sun's rays aren't hitting the leaves at any point during the day. It's a little confusing, because your plant info says it gets 3-6 hours of direct sun a day, then also says it's 20 feet away from light.
I would buy a hygrometer or water meter off amazon. They start at $7. It will tell you how dry the soil is and depending on the plant, (usually a chart in the package) you will know how wet or dry it likes to be. Best $7 investment I have made.
