My plant has yellow leaves, why?

Roses can get yellow leaves on occasion. As long as theyβre not all turning yellow things are probably okay. Looks like heβs outside so check for pests. Look on the underside of the leaves for small caterpillars π or teeny all green caterpillars. They will eat the leaves. Look for webbing thatβs not typical spider webs. Spiders are beneficial but spider mites arenβt. Spider mites canβt be seen very well without a magnifying glass π or strong reading glasses π€. Is the rose getting enough water? Usually theyβre quite thirsty and when in ground difficult to overwater. But too little or too much water can turn leaves yellow. When was the last time you fertilized them? Also it could be an iron deficiency or the pH level is too high for roses.
