I know two people who can help you @CourtlyKingfern and @SuperbRaspfern If they canโt help you no one can.
@YernPigeonplum I do not own this plant however reading info on your plant card I first will question if you have this plant in regular soil as it states or a cactus type soil?
It requires cactus type soil to be happy with plenty of bright direct light in a west or south location. If this has not been watered in 4 months that could also be the reason it is dropping leaves. However in reading I also see the container needs to be tight for the plant not to get root rot from overwatering.
That may be another issue.
Here is more info to read and see if anything sounds like it may help you out.

I will give you some basics for her care.
Usually they drop leaves from overwatering, that being said they can also lose leaves from underwatering which is why a photo is incredibly helpful.
Although they are a succulent, they are a shrub that can tolerate some humidity but also dry climates.
You want a nice aerated soil to prevent root rot.
Then water well allowing the soil to dry before watering again. But don't let her sit in a dry pot for long. They aren't your typical succulent and if left dry will start dropping leaves.
They will also drop leaves from not having enough light they actually love a south facing window with direct light.
Also temp changes like if she's beside a/c or heat will also do it.
Those are the basics but like I said wihout a current photo it could be anything. So if you willing to share one that will be helpful to let you know the correct cause. ๐ฉท

@QueenRedwood55 the plant died!!! Think it was in a bad pot!
@ILoveMyPlants thank you!
@SuperbRaspfern thank you - the plant died! Think the plastic pot it was purchased in was a poor choice by the grower and I didnt realize it until all three plants died and I did more research!
@SuperbRaspferinterest thanks for your interest unfortunately the plant died so I can't post a picture however I think the majority of the problem was the pot that the grower provided.
Thanks for all of the information you provided I think the death of this plant actually all three plants was due to a combination of the wrong pot provided by the grower and no it was not in cacti soil it was in regular soil! This was my first euphoriaexperience so I've learned a big lesson! Thanks again for all your advice
@YernPigeonplum I'm sorry and yes truly many knowers don't care or know enough to do right by our plants.
