Pest possibly?? Help!!

Found this guy around my succulent and wanted to know if It’s a harmful pest or not!! #PestControl #help #PestsAndPlants #Question additional notes: tiny and grey, I don’t think it can fly and it was moving around quite a bit. There were those guys and white translucent bugs jumping around, wondering if that one was a springtail? Also saw larvae, just really tiny white worms. The second tiny bug doesn’t fly or jump it’s just kinda there.

I have come to the conclusion that they are either neutral or beneficial bugs due to their behavior and looks:)

It’s hard to tell what they are from the photo but you’ll know if they are harmful based on how your plant reacts to them.

@Succulent_Soul so far I’ve had no reaction to the bugs and all my other plants are fine so I think they’re alright!

@Slyvie I’m sorry I can’t tell what I’m looking at here. For future reference you can try to gently get them with a piece of tape and then lay it on white paper.
