@Roseatedante Keep the plant in bright indirect light for the best pink colour of the leaves. Grow it in well-draining potting mix and allow the mix to dry down considerably before giving a thorough watering again. Keep the plant drier in winter. Fertilise while it is in active growth. Your plant card says that it’s in a pot without drainage? It needs drainage or it can lead to overwatering and subsequent root rot!
