These guys need 6 hours direct sun minimum more is better.
Having said that she looks overwatered. Did the blueberries get mushy? When they are overwatered they lose the ability to absorb water and nutrients even though they are surrounded by it, from the lack of oxygen. It will cause those brown leaf tips and mushy fruit.
I recommend adding aeration to your soil. Blueberries have very thin fibrous roots that don't like to stay wet. You can allow her to go almost dry before watering.
The big thing is to increase the amount of sun she gets. She just won't grow right if she doesn't get enough.
Each time you repot her you will set her back so I don't recommend repotting again until she starts to put out new growth. Each time you repot it sends her into shock and she needs to adapt to the new soil and recover. That can take weeks.
When you start increasing her sun do it slowly. Add and extra hour a day. That will prevent more shock.
But sun is your priority added sun will help her grow and produce fruit and use the water in the pot. If she's in the shade more often she can't grow and use the water in the pot.
If you take a handful of soil in your hand and squeeze it does it hold the shape? If so the soil is holding too much moisture, you want to squeeze it and then have it crumble.
If wet, take a few tampons and stick them in the soil to absorb excess moisture. So she doesn't keep getting damage.
But for now slow changes adding more sun slowly. Get some of the slwater out with tampons. Allow her to dry almost completely before watering. But don't make huge changes all at once I don't want you to add more shock or it could kill her.
