Can you put Tradescantia in LECA?

I’d like to transplant my rooted prop into a more long term medium, but I’m new to using LECA and wanted to check first.

Would the Tradescantia root system do well in LECA? It looks a lot more small/fine than aroid roots I’ve put in LECA so far…

We’ll see! Worst case, if the roots take over, I can always repot again in spring 😅

@PlantMompy I didn’t, but my cuttings are in pon and seem to be doing well. Now I’m worried what chaos is going on with the roots underneath… @hoyahead we’ll have to keep each other posted!

@PlantMompy @hoyahead they’ve seemed happy so far! Can’t see any roots yet in the clear one but haven’t had them in here all that long
