What should I do after the orchid is done blooming?

@JesterWolfsbane that what I did with mine was cut the stalk all the way back last year, and it started producing new roots and a new stem. Like @THEDIRTDIGGER said take care of it as normal.
Remove the dead stalk at the base of orchard, here's one of mine after I've cut off stalk & new growth appearing
