What are these spots on my ficus benjaminaโ€™s new leaves?

Hello all, I hope youโ€™re all doing well. My ficus benjaminaโ€™s topmost/newest leaves seem to be developing these spots and secretions. Itโ€™s not all of them, but only baby leaves have them. The tree is under grow lights, getting about 500 PPFD at that height. They donโ€™t seem hot, conditions are consistent, no signs of pests. The tree seems happy otherwise, still consistent growing and getting bushier. Care is very careful and consistent. The spots seem to have dried sap or some sort of secretion on them. Could they be burn spots? Something else? Iโ€™m not sure.

Pest! Of some sort.. spray with Neem oil and keep away from other plants
It might be edema if the plant is otherwise healthy like you said
@CourtlyKingfern Iโ€™m not so sure. There arenโ€™t any bugs visible anywhere and it doesnโ€™t look quite like scale. I could be wrong though.
@tinyspork I was wondering that too. I know what edema looks in a fiddle leaf fig, but not so familiar with it on the benjamina.
