Move it away from a humidifier, give it more sun (0 metres from sun, and dappled direct sunlight), water once every 1.5 months in Winter.
If your cactis is in regular soil, repot it in Spring into special cactus soil.
Your plant is rotting. If the stalk is soft and squishy near the bottom (poke it gently with a pen), then it's rotting inside. You must cut it off, to prevent the other two from rotting. I hope the other two are not rotten yet.
