What’s up with my plant?

please help me, I received it with flowers and everything but is going down slowly #yellowing #PersianCyclamen

I don’t have experience with this exact plant, but the yellow makes me think it might be a water issue. It can be too much or not enough.  How does the soil feel?

So suggestion only, to not an expert by any stretch of the imagination. But mine gets to be dramatic like that if it didn't get enough water, (but don't drown it, I expect you know when it is too much). Anyhow....I moved mine to a self watering pot (I like the terracotta in a glass vase) and a bright window which seemed to perk mine up

I have already killed one and and just got another today. I found they don’t like wet leaves.
