Black spotted leaf on my lemon surprise? #dracaena

I just cut this leaf off my otherwise pretty healthy-looking lemon surprise dracaena while watering him and giving him a general once over. What should I be looking for, if anything? He gets watered when he is fairly dried out, he's getting medium indirect light, he's in a room with a humidifier but not right next to it (that place is reserved for more demanding plants like my calatheas).
1ft to light, indirect
6” pot with drainage

@RelentlessZebra it’s possibly a leaf spot disease.

This is often a fungal infection called fusarium leaf spot, and it’s contagious, so separate that plant! Remove affected foliage and consider using a fungicide.

In houseplants, fusarium leaf spot is often caused by watering from above, which can get the leaves wet and result in issues.

Immediately remove the affected leaves and isolate your Dracaena from your other plants for the time being. To treat Leaf Spot Disease, try this homemade remedy of putting a tablespoon or two of baking soda and a teaspoon or two of mineral oil in a spray bottle of water. Shake the solution well and then spray all areas of the plant that are infected with brown spots.
@TwistedThreads as soon as I saw it, I moved him to the bathroom where I have no other plants but there's enough light for him to be okay, and I cut off the affected leaf and gave him a shower with water just to make sure there wasn't anything hiding in his nooks and crannies. I'll check to see if we have the stuff for your suggested spray and if not, luckily it's grocery shopping day, hurray! Lol.
