Theyβre known to do this with any stress at all. Usually itβs a lack of ambient humidity, sometimes itβs transplant stress or lack of light. Couple of things: I wouldnβt ever water βslightly β. Plants do better with a wet-dry cycle, so when itβs about 80-90% dry, give it a good soak and let the excess water drain out. They also want good light from above. No matter what I did, my scalprum curled and it drove me nuts, so I gave it away to someone who could live with its fussiness!
