Not vary familiar Hoyas

This is my first Hoya and I’m not sure what the browning could mean. I haven’t taken it out of it nursery pot yet either. And just been lightly watering every 2 weeks maybe.

Where are you keeping it? At first look it looks like sun stress which some people like to do to their hoyas🤷‍♀️

@skyhighsplants it’s hanging on a mirror with a grow light diagonally to the right. And the closest window to it is like maybe 8ft away And northwest facing. So if it’s sun stress maybe the extra light bouncing from the mirror. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Your set up looks beautiful! It's possible it's light bouncing off of the mirror but I am in no way positive, are the browner parts touching the mirror?

@skyhighsplants Thank you! No not touching, but I noticed the leaves closet to the mirror have it. Looking at it now, I think your right because it’s also kinda reddish. You definitely seem to know your stuff!
