4” pot with drainage

Hard to tell from th photo, but if there are spots on the leaves that are molding, I would remove those right away. Keep the soil fairly dry for now.
Mercy, when you bought the plant, was it in direct sun light? Or was it in a green house with bright indirect light? Can you please also add a recent photo to this comment section for reference?
I'm sorry you're having issues, Mercy.

To me, it looks like it may have been overwatered at one point. Can you tell us if the soil is wet or dry?

If the soil doesn't have perlite, the soil can hold too much water and make the plant overwatered.
sorry, didn’t realize it didn’t post this photo. i’ve removed a few leaves that were completely shriveled and brown. i watered it four days ago when it arrived in the mail. it’s potted in miracle gro succulent soil.
@sarah10orio i watered it four days ago when it was delivered in the mail, the soil was completely dry then. i have it potted in miracle gro’s succulent soil, and it has a drain hole. the soil is already dry from that watering
@theloveofplants i bought it online so it went through dark shipping in a box, i dont know how it was kept before shipping. i added a recent photo
@plantmommy4697 Yeah, that is one thing about buying online, you don’t know how it’s handled to get the package to you! I would have to agree with @sarah10orio it seems to be overwatered. Did you repot the succulent in the soil, right when the plant arrived? I am wondering if the plant is in shock from repotting. I also wonder if it’s a combination of traveling in the mail, possible shock from being repotted, and maybe too much direct sunlight right away. Have you inspected the roots?
I bet it's the soil!
I've had that soil before and it's more like peat moss instead of what I would think cactus and succulent soil should be. I had to add a LOT of perlite to get it to the consistency that I liked.

That is the WORST succ soil I've purchased.
This is teach now. I would not even spend time to revive it.
