Why is my plant so droopy?

Hello everyone, me again! I’m wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to help my Parlour Palm. It has been so healthy, but now it’s drooping so far it’s hitting the shelf. I put a rubber band around it so there wasn’t so much pressure on the stalks, but it’s still not happy. I’ve also noticed that the leaves are dry & fragile, not sure if that helps? If you have any questions feel free to ask. And any suggestions or tips will be greatly appreciated! Thank you! πŸ˜„πŸͺ΄

Oops, no drainage!? Check the soil it should be either very wet or very dry. If the leaves are getting crispy, it’s probably too dry. Look up and see how much light it needs. I’m not sure indirect light is enough. If you’re gonna put it in a plastic pot with no drainage, you need to put some gravel at the bottom of that pot and stick your plant in a pot that drains and then put that on top of the gravel. That way you have the pretty pot on the outside and the life-giving pot on the inside.
Thank you! The plant does have drainage, but I’ll try watering it and giving it more light.πŸ‘
