Have you ever noticed bugs of gnats on your plant or in the soil? I’m thinking bugs got to it. If so, neem oil is your best friend to fend off these unfriendly critters! I'm no expert, but I do have an ca. 20 y.o. money tree. She'll get spots like that when the sun's rays accidentally hits her leaves. (This will happen when placing in/or removing from the screen porch).
