The spots look too large to be spider mites, but I do suggest isolating the plant and treating it for pests to rule them out.

What's the care routine and what does the whole plant look like?
These looks like traces of spider mites!

To get the plant to a healthy state, start by removing the leaves that are infested with these white spots on them.

Next, clean the plant using a mixture of alcohol and water to remove and kill visible spider mites.

Dilute 1 cup of alcohol in 30 oz of water and pour this solution in the spray bottle.

Spray both sides of leaves well and wipe them off with the paper towel or a soft cloth.

You can also use a solution to spray onto the plant to kill further and future pests.

Dish soap and alcohol solution.

Mix 1 cup of alcohol and few drops of dish soap in 30 oz of water. Pour the mixture in the spray bottle. 100% neem oil also works amazing.

If you’d like, you’re also free to repot incase you’re paranoid about more buggies in the soil!

Good luck! πŸͺ΄πŸ’•
@foliagegirl it has a lot of new growth, I just had to repot because of how much growth. That’s why I don’t think it’s mites. The old soil was health looking. I water about once a week and it gets bright indirect light. I also polish the leaves once a month.
@Gbrownie1 also it hasn’t spread to any of my other plants.
