How do I revive Pepper?

Hi everyone! I got Pepper last month for our office. I watered him every two weeks. I give him direct sunlight. He is in a room temperature room. Unfortunately, I came back from a week vacation and found him a little upset. He is drying out , despite me watering him. He feels very weak. I’m so upset. Any suggestions on how to revive him? Should I repot him? Fertilize him? HELPPP PLEASEEE 🌱 #NewPlantMom #help #revivetheplant

I would suggest trimming everything off that is dead and repotting in a really well draining soil. Give him some time to recover

Agree with above comment. Also, your soil might be hydrophobic, you can usually tell as the soil pulls away from the sides of the pot. Suggest trying to bottom water.
