I reppoted him and his root seemed fine, the black edges have expanded, some leaves are turning brown, it looks like he has got a little hole in one of his leaves and all leaves have shades of brown.

3β pot without drainage

I don't know for sure but it looks like you might have it by an air outlet so that could be part of the problem. Otherwise, pest are definitely an issue even if it's inside, saplings can be particularly susceptible. I'm not entirely sure what pest as I'm still working on figuring out identifying them but it might be spider mites. You would want to use neem oil and/or insecticidal soap to treat it. Systematic pesticides make spider mites worse if that is the issue.
Hard to tell if itβs a pest issue @OreoIL , but I would consider putting him in a pot with drainage. I would also snip a few of the leaves off in hopes encourage new growth. It almost looks as if the leaves are burnt, which wouldnβt be the case if itβs getting indirect sunlight.
Ooooo! I just noticedβ¦Is that a vent underneath the window seal? If it is, I bet thatβs the culprit! Iβd move him away from that, along with what I mentioned above and see if that makes a difference π€πΌ

@S.ham13 and @Goldenquetzal Thanks for the advice, I am going to treat him with something for pest and prune some leaves (I can't buy rightnow a pot with drainage so I am going to do some research to see how can I make one). Also, that is a radiator, not a vent, that is just where I made the photos, the plant stays on a desk near a window (on the other side of the balcony).
@OreoIL No problem! If you have a soldering iron, you can easily make holes. Or if you get the tip of a screwdriver really hot, you can puncture holes as well! Be careful :)
If you treat for pests using neem oil or another commercial spray. Be sure to dilute. Heβs so small and delicate- might burn the leaves.

@S.ham13a Thanks :) I hope that after the treatment and changes he is going to be better !
