Hi Janelle. Is it possible it’s getting too much water? That appears to be a succulent which don’t need a lot. You should wait until the soil is dry before watering again. Also, does your pot have good drainage? You also want to be using a good succulent soil or chunky soil, one that drains well. Good luck!
@Pittyplantlover no worries! I suggest getting a moisture meter, they are so helpful when it comes to watering, because the Greg app can take some time getting the schedule right.
