One leaf has brown spots what is best to help with this

4ft to light, indirect
4” pot with drainage
Last watered 5 days ago
I believe you have 2 things going on her.

1. She has entreated winter dormancy

2. Soil wet too long

The spots are from the soil being a bit too moist for her needs right now.

Your plant after enterering dormancy (although at this state she is semi- dormant).

Her needs are this:

1. Much less water since she is growing less she's also drinking less. If not adjusted it could lead to root rot.

2. No fertilizer- she won't be using this either during her period of rest.

3. Less light will help her to have the rest she needs.

When they are watered regularly through dormancy, we fight against nature instead of working with it. The results never end up well. So if you provide for her current needs she will be fine. Just give much less water. I do not expect root rot as long as you adjust the watering. She's just showing the warning signs that it may start in the future if watering is not adjusted.

You really don't need to do anything at all to help her. Except do a bit less and let her do what she needs. She may still grow albeit much slower and that is a good thing.

Right now she wants to spend her time resting and gaining energy stores for spring growth. But trust me she'll be back bigger and better after her rest!
Thank you for the response, the plant is indoors near the window indirect light, but I do use full spectrum LED lights during the day. indoors.
