That depends. What do you mean when you say it's not doing well? Very often, when orchids are not doing well, wrong/too much watering can be the culprit, rather than too little. If the leaves are rather limp and have ridges/furrows that can be a sign of too little water. If you feel you are watering frequently enough, I would first check if the root system is intact. Often, old medium and over watering leads to root rot. If there are no roots, no amount of watering the pot will help the Orchid.
If the roots are damaged/ the medium is too old, a repot is in order. If the problem is just that inspite of healthy roots you feel your medium does not work l you can switch to more water retentive media. However as Mia already mentioned, soil is *not* the answer but rather the already suggested media.
If the leaves are discolored, however, you might have a different problem. Maybe you watered too much, or have had standing water on the leaves or the stem, which would be way worse. For more info you could post pictures. If the picture of LeBron is up to date, on first glance he does not seem too bad though.
If you want to get more detailed or hands-on advice, I can strongly recommend missorchidgirl on YouTube with endless videos for any orchid related problem
