Late bloomer

#Sedum
I got this little guy in September 2024. It was the large "leaf" (is that what you call it?) on the right side. It wasn't even the full plant, and I wasn't sure if he was gonna make it. Lo and behold, whatever I did worked cuz now there's a new growth that looks like a miniature version of the actual plant. But that happened pretty fast, and growth slowed down come winter. I assumed that it was normal and dialed back my watering so as to not overwater a dormant plant. But maybe I was wrong? He hasn't grown since the end of fall in 2024 and I'm wondering if I need to bring back my old once-a-week watering schedule. Any thoughts?

@Skeebledeeble I don’t have that particular plant but it seems you doing the right thing because it’s growing.
Hello @Skeebledeeble, I don't know your specific weather right now, if it's turning springy where you are but, you're right, stonecrop generally go dormant in winter and awaken in spring. I think you should stay the course, keep doing what you're doing. It'll know when it's time to "wake up", just watch for growth and signs of thirst. 😁
