Jade Leaf Props

My jade leaf props have been doing great, but now I’m noticing discolored and dead leaves. What could be causing it? It’s in a small terracotta pot in succulent soil with extra perlite. Under a sansi grow light for 12 hours a day. I water about every 2 weeks. #Jade #HappyPlants #help
@BumbleBee340 From the picture it looks as if the plant is in a plastic pot and the terracotta pot is just decorative pots the plastic pot sits in? Is the soil currently wet or dry?Does your pot have a drainage hole?
@Ms.Persnickety the soil is ever so slightly sticking to my skewer, so it’s mostly dry. It’s not in a plastic pot, it’s directly in the terracotta, but I do see that white line all around the top. Idk what that is. Pot has drainage
@BumbleBee340 the white spots are most likely calcium unless they are fuzzy looking.
@Succulent_Soul okay cool I was curious about those, too! But there are some leaves that are shriveling and dying that I was more concerned with. You can see a detached one at the front of the pot, and another on the back right jade
@BumbleBee340 before they shrivel up are they getting very mushy or squishy? It could be overwatered.
@Succulent_Soul it’s hard to say, since I just cleaned them all out and removed them. But there’s also discoloring on the “healthy” looking leaves
