I think you may have to give it another week or so to know for sure, but I'm thinking it's a pup. But I could be wrong. It's happened before

I think it’s just some new leaves. I’ve never known pups to grow out of the center like that. But like Marissa said you’d need to wait a little longer. She really is beautiful the color is fantastic!!!
