What am I doing so wrong to this spider plant?

I think it needs more light. I’m not sure what water you use but spider plants are very sensitive to chemicals in tap water such as fluoride and chlorine. If you have filtered, distilled, or rainwater I would try that. If you already are using filtered or distilled or rainwater then I would definitely just try to put it under more light. I’d also recommend a pot with drainage holes, if you keep it in the pot with no drainage holes then just make sure you’re not overwatering it.
