What is on my Parsley?
Hello Iโm new here and have never had a plant before. These bug looking things are eating it. What do I do?

Hey @HeadVelvetash! ๐
That sure looks like an aphid problem, which can be frustrating. They sell aphid traps (yellow sticky traps on a stick that you put in the pot) in most plant stores or even warehouse stores like Home Depot , Walmart, etc.
However, I would also invest in some neem oil, which is a natural insecticide/fungicide. Follow the instructions on the bottle to make sure you apply it correctly! And if you have pets, try to keep them away for a while.
I hope this helps! Keep us updated ๐

I would first spray the parsley with a stream of water from a hose to dislodge the aphids-especially on the under side of the leaves. I would then follow up with an insecticide spray like neem oil. The neem oil suffocates the aphids. If you do not have neem oil you can use dish soap mixed with water to kill and dehydrate the aphids.
This little bugs can also get into the dirt of your plant so after cleaning off the leaves, I would recommend repotting the parsley in fresh soil. Once all those steps are completed - just continue to monitor the plant. You may need to clean off the leaves several times to make sure all the aphids are gone!
