Is the plant just growing sideways? Or have the leaves lost their structure?
Snake plants tend to do what they want to do, so sometimes the weird angle growth comes from the base and the new growth bumping into the rhizomes or the pot. Sometimes they get wonky and twisty low water and low light.
If the leaves have a problem with weak structure somewhere that would be a sign of a more significant over or under watering problem.
