I agree with @TheLunarGardens that it’s getting too much sun. It needs *indirect* light, so either move it far from that window or put up a light curtain to filter the light.
Also, in case you don’t know, this plant does not like to dry out. It likes *moist* soil. In the environment I have here, it means usually that I water it 2 times per week. When I walk past it, I check with my finger and if I feel moisture, I don’t water it. When it is time to water (I put my finger 1-2 inches and don’t feel moisture) then a give it slow drinks. It doesn’t like having sopping wet soil either, so that’s why a give it small slow drinks so as not to saturate it. It can also help to use rain or distilled water, or at minimum room temp filtered water. Hope this helps! 😊🪴
