Drying needles

I've had this plant for over a yr and a half now. I was able to keep it alive with only a few issues with drying needles. My daughter was murdered end of February and I was given a lot of other plants so tried to find a good place for all of them. This one got repotted and moved because it was too heavy for the glass shelf it used to be on. It was good for about a month to a month and a half and now i'm getting more dry needles than i've ever had. Any help would be appreciated. I don't want to lose my little Norfolk pine.

I’m sorry to hear of your loss. May her memory be a blessing. I’ve struggled over the years with Norfolk pine but about 7 years ago got on good terms with mine. It’s about 4 ft tall now and my favorite guy. I would give it a very thorough water and then let it rest for a bit. Like a week. The top of the soil should dry out and you might need to get the humidity up. With a south window maybe check that it’s not in direct light, mine lost a lot of needles when I moved it into direct light once.
