I live in Missouri, what can I do with these over the win...

Hi, Heather!
First, youโll want to dig up the corms and remove the foliage, about six inches away from the corm.
Then, leave it out to dry for a few days in a cool place with good circulation.
Once fully dried, remove the roots and any dirt or debris.
Put it in some sort of substrate (anything from packing peanuts to peat moss) and keep it as dry as possible. Then you can pack it away in a cool place (40-60) degrees, someplace like a garage or basement would be fine.
DO NOT GET IT WET! If it gets wet over the winter it will rot away and youโll lose them.
Anyway, you can just leave them in this state until spring comes then replant them as normal.
Hope this helps! Happy growing! ๐ด๐ฑ
