Unhealthy wisteria?
This is Harry I got him in November as a "3 foot tall tree" but he was damaged to only having about 6 buds left when I got him he woke up this spring! But he produced one top bud and atart growing from it and all of his preexisting buds are completely dormant looking is this normal or is it something I need to fix?

@AceLuronium58 are they rather thirsty plants? I'm very new w wisteria and have no knowledge on them I watered it when I noticed him growing
