@Memetopia yes you do need to do a hard prune on your Jasmine. They die back during the winter but as long as the roots have plenty of mulch over them, it should come back. Are you familiar with doing a hard prune on a Jasmine? If not, it's very easy (so don't worry) and I can walk you through it.
