Should I “chop and prop” these plants?

They’re in a south facing, sunny window under a grow-light, but they’re becoming very etiolated, and I’m not sure what to do about it.
yes, succulents need lots of light, and when they stretch to get light, (etiolation) it means they are not getting enough light. on your second picture, i can see just above the base of the stem, there’s a little green node, cut right above that node, and move it to a spot where it’s getting access to sunlight all day long. you can propagate them by taking the leaves off, placing them on damp soil, and wait a couple of weeks, misting the soil frequently, and eventually new little babies and roots will sprout from the tip of the leaf.
@pricklydude How do I get them more light? They’re in the brightest window in my house AND they have a grow-light. Also, what should I do with the other two plants?
@GleefulCatthyme the other two plant you could propagate by leaf or by cutting under a node and then moving that cutting to soil, making sure the node is under the soil. make sure that they are getting direct sun, meaning that the bright yellow sun beams are hitting them, and make sure your grow light is just 2 or 3 inches above them.
