Dying plant

Hi, my plant, a ficus moclame seems to be in the process of dying. A half of it died earlier but i seemed to revive this part after placing it near the window facing north. Recently, however, this turnaround us again reversed and the plant is doing as bad as it once was, now in sunlight. I dont really rember changing anything else about the plant's care.
I water it about once a week with 2-300 ml, as it said online. The dirt however always seems to be dry.
The leaves first start hanging, then later decline and turn brown.
Any plant doctors who can diagnose the problem?
Thanks!

Does your pot have drainage? If you stick a chop stick or knitting needle into the soil does it come out dry? Is it getting a lot of light? North facing doesn’t equate with a lot of light, but I might be wrong. Edit: I just read your plant card that said no drainage, you might have root rot😬 you might have to un pot, check the roots (cut off mushy dead roots) and repot in new soil in a pot with drainage.
