So I just got some plants, and this one has roots all around it and the first isn't coming off. How do I repot it? Should I put it in a bigger pot or keep it in around the same size?

Looks like it's just root bound. Just loosen the roots a bit with your fingers and move it into a pot that's only a little bigger.
