He’s not improving

I got him from Lowe’s clearance and he hasn’t improved and there’s been no new growth. I mist him very regularly and keep him on the more shady side of my window (northwest). He may get some light from my grow lights but it’s not direct. Idk what I’m doing wrong. Please give me suggestions #CrocodileFern

Oh and I use MircleGro plant food - the worker said it would be fine but idk anymore
@ClubbyRedwood3 Hi Ava! These are very slow growing in my experience- they also like to dry out completely before you give them any water. Mine sits directly under my grow light. So maybe it needs more light and less water? I hope this helps a little bit.πŸͺ΄
@Ponytailmom yes!! I will put it closer to the light and let it be for awhile!! Thank you :)
@ClubbyRedwood3 sometimes when I over water, I take a skewer and slowly poke holes down into the soil. In wet soil, if u pull the skewer out slowly it will leave a small tunnel down in the soil and air can help it to dry out faster that way! πŸͺ΄πŸŒΊ
@Ponytailmom wait that’s genius I’m going to try that!
