Hi Amy - I canβt say for sure, but it doesnβt look like a Norfolk pine to me. It looks like a type of cypress or spruce even. If it is a larger cousin, some are meant for outdoor keeping and may not do well indoors. Many plants are βtrickedβ and look all showy for us when we buy them from the store and then after they get settled in their new home, they let βtheir true colorsβ show meaning that nurseries force these guys to skip process if you will to look/be the best as a rule of thumb unfortunately. I hope your plant gets better! Other things to look into aside from repotting are drainage, type of soil, following watering/fertilizer schedule as needed, lighting, any changes to environment, etc.
