My jade is drooping!

#Jade does anyone know what kind of jade this is specifically?
Also, it used to be firm and standing up right, but now is drooping. I put him directly under a grow light last week and fear that I hurt him in the process. Any thoughts?

This is a Ruby Red, I believe! I love these!! It may be due to too much water. They’re succulents, so they like to get dry!

Are the stems mushy or just kinda limp?

That is NOT a jade, it’s peperomia graveolens. I don’t know how to care for those, but definitely look up that, not jade. It is a succulent, though, like jade.
