Any tips for dragon tail?
Hello! Just got myself a new friend #DragonTailPlant #RhaphidophoraDecursiva any tips for this plant would be greatly appreciated. I’m guessing it’s about the same water schedule as the monstera, water when slightly moist? (About once a week-ish) do I need to fertilize this baby? And what kind? It’s in a 4” pot at the moment, so still young. Thank you in advance! :)

These guys are awesome! I find they’re pretty similar to monsteras, I water once a week, mist every few days, I use liquid dirt fertilizer(just started maybe 4-6 weeks ago-monthly)gave it a good sized moss pole, and now it’s got a ceiling hook for it’s ridiculous trailing arm that’s it’s got going on(don’t even ask, I don’t even know 😂) here’s a photo-the poles about 4.5 ft tall to give you an idea and that’s on a small stand, but that arm kept tipping him over 😂
@UnbrokenViszsla i know right 😂 mines just got a mind of it’s own! It broke on thanksgiving (in half) but it’s doing better now, they’re pretty tough. I think you will enjoy this plant it’s definitely a fun one 💚
