Those holes look like the plant was shipped while a new leaf was forming. Stalling the process. Which will result in some deformities or holes in the leaves. Because new growth is quite fragile. Then when they open you and grow you can see the damage.
It's no big deal. But there is one really important thing to do now that she is home and that is to remove the rubber band at the base of the trunks. You need to do it early otherwise they literally strangle the trees as they grow.

Take the plant out of the pot and work the soil away from the base of the trunks and roots.
99 % of the time there is a rubber band that nurseries put on the base under the soil to hold the trees together.

That usually fixes the issue. The trees get squeezed as they go and lose the ability to absorb water and nutrients. This eventually kill the trees.
You don't need to do anything special for these trees. They are not fussy. As long as you allow the soil to dry completely between watering and remove the rubber band, she will be fine.
