Dracaena getting yellow/brown/black spots

One of my dracaenas was starting to get a couple of yellow spots a couple weeks ago, but seems to have taken a turn for the worse since repotting 9 days ago. The black spots in particular showed up maybe 3 days ago. Does this look like leaf spot disease, or maybe something else? I'm not sure how to fix it ๐Ÿ˜ž

More info: it's in a terracotta pot with well draining cactus/succulent potting mix (which is dry now, last watered 9 days ago) mixed with some perlite and horticultural charcoal I had sitting around, and a little bit of Bonide granules mixed in as insecticide. I had watered a couple of times with bottled water, but switched back to distilled water when I repotted.

Hi, Courtney. My first thought was that the plant looks like it's been overwatered at one point. Even if you fix the overwatering issue, the leaves will still tell the story.

Also, I have found with some of my Dracaenas, they aren't fans of chemicals in some tap water.

But also, if your water is chemical free, the leaves will still tell the story.

I think letting it rest is good for now, especially since it's recently been reported. (:
@sarahsalith Thanks Sarah! Is is possible for signs of overwatering to take a couple weeks to show up, like maybe if it happened before the repot?

I've been avoiding tap water, but definitely switching back to distilled just in case it the bottled water was causing an issue.

Do you think I should do anything about the leaves with the spots? I wasn't sure if it'd be better to leave them be for now or prune them back.
@sarledi it's very possible for signs of overwatering to not show up immediately. That's why it's so dangerous because sometimes, by the time you catch it, the roots are starting to rot.

But Dracaenas are tough.

I'll show you a picture of my big plant in a little while. I'd leaf the leaves alone - they still work, they just aren't picture perfect ... kinda like me! ๐Ÿ˜‚
