That is an old leaf that has finished its job. Pluck it off. All is well with your beautiful plant.

With how far apart your leaves are, it might benefit from some more light! The pot size it’s in might be a bit big too. Can you post a couple more photos?

I only water it untill water come out the bottom of the pot. And only once a week. I don't think it is to much water.
